Chronic itchy skin rash since September

Hello,
Since September I experience a itchy skin rash on all over the body.
Looks like urticaria and depending on the days can be really unbearable or just annoying.

For the first months I took antistaminics daily, now only now and then.

I alresdy checked myself for some suggeated (by my doctor) causes (allergy, parasistes, Escherichia coli infection, hiv) and I also did an abdominal ecography to check if anything was abnormal.
Everything turned out to be negative, however the rash is still there.

Now it stsrted hitting on my neck, creating red flaky bubbles that leaves light brown spots when heal.

What else could I check?
I do not have any other relevant symptom
