Why have I got Foamy Saliva, dry mouth, and fordyce spots?
I have a mouth with sticky saliva, half sticky half dry lips, not much saliva, painful burning lips. I have fordyce spots forming more and more on my lips. I have never had these spots before in my life. I'm 40 and male.

Unfortunately, it's not going to be possible for anyone here to tell you why these symptoms are showing up- for a diagnosis, you really need to get to a doctor who can gather more of your medical history and take a look. Changes in saliva can indicate many things- try to make sure you are staying hydrated and make an appointment with your doctor to be seen.
