If you’ve been on holiday or in fresh water (non salted water) then you could’ve contracted a worm or parasite. I’d probably go to the doctor and seek their professional help. Hope you get better

I have been to the doctor 22 diferent times and to 3 different hospifal emerancy rooms they all and every time but one time euther turn me away say that i have dilusional paranoia and i " need to stop useing meth" and the one time they tricked me and said that they had apill that would help my stomachs pain go away and i belived them and then i woke up 3 days later finding that they had givin me some pshycotic pill
Hmm I don’t know then, if you aren’t to squeamish you could try and watch monsters inside of me, it has lots of cases like yours and may help you to figure out what you have. Hope this helps!

Is there something you have been exposed to/eaten that could have given you worms?  If you are having these symptoms, you should probably just head to your doctor- they will be able to treat you and do more then just take a guess at what could be happening.  Feel better soon!
