DARK RED BLOTCHES W/ SCABS(?) ON FOREARMS

I have been getting dark red blotches on my forearms for about 8 months. They are dark red on top and sometimes ther seems to be a black scab on them. I have Hep.C, Stage 4 or E.S.L.D., (specialists disagree), and RA. Nobody seems to think this is a result of my liver condition. Do you have any ideas? They go and come and will appear very rapidly... like when I wake from a nap, there they are.

I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be nummular eczema, Lichen Myxedematosis(Lichen amyloid is usually on the legs),Papular urticaria or Polymorphous light eruption.

Lichen myxedematosus presents as dome-shaped, and flesh-colored or erythematous papule. I suggest you to get an evaluation done from a dermatologist and get a biopsy skin done to confirm the diagnosis.
