Dark line on nail after taking meds for Vertigo & Sinusitis

dear doctors ,

I just noticed a Dark line on nail after taking meds for Vertigo & Sinusitis ( was hospitalized for 3 days )

dark line on thumbnail ( photo attached below )

i am not sure if it was meds or could it be sign of something serious ?

I also have it on both sides of my toe nails ( believe i had these for long time already several years or longer )

i did google and alot of these point to cancer ,hiv etc ?

im terribly worried about this , and i hope u can give me some knowledge on what is happening to my nails .

That the line is associated with medication you took indicates a cell disruption but I wouldn't think cancer or anything like that. https://www.news-medical.net/health/What-are-Drug-Induced-Nail-Disorders.aspx  See your doctor that prescribed the medication or your regular doctor to discuss.
