Dark patches on both sides of lower lip

Hi i am a 26 year old guy and i have these dark patches on both sides of my lower lip for quite some years now. It looks pretty ugly and would really appreciate some advice on it.
Some information about me. Hope it helps.
i am 5'10" and weigh around 146 pounds.I dont smoke and i am not a big coffee or tea drinker. I got my routine checkups done a while back and everything came out normal.
Please let me know if you need any more information. TC

Thanks for replying Dr. Kaur. I did look up on the two symptoms you had mentioned and found some images on them. I then compared them to my condition. Those images looked like they had internal pigmentation but mine looks like its black skin thats been glued to my skin. But i am not sure. Would you be able to suggest something if i send some pictures of my condition to you. Thanks.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From your symptoms it looks like oral melanocytic macule or lentigo. It is a small, sharply circumscribed, pigmented macule surrounded by normal-appearing skin.

You cannot remove them at home. Cryosurgery using liquid nitrogen and laser are the main treatment modalities. Although there are many skin creams like hydroquinone and salicylic acid, but their use needs prescription .I would recommend a dermatologist’s consultation for this.
I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and regards.
