Burning, itchy rectum /anus

My butt crack feels irritated and it itches especially when im walking throughout the day. Sweat seems to make it worse. Walking has become unbearable. I had this years ago and nothing i did worked. And now for some reason it has came back with a vengeance. This was 7 yrs ago. At the time I went to a Dr in mexico who prescribed me clotrimazole with Dexamethasone and that solved my issue. So i always thought it was yeast related. I always kept a tube with me just incase it would come back which it did sometimes for like a day and the cream would make it go away almost immediately. But that no longer works anymore and I don't understand why. (I've tried all the ointments,Vaseline, antifungals, powders there is and the only thing that brought me some relief was baby butt paste)

Yesterday i went to the Dr, she said she saw no visible signs of a yeast infection or bacterial infection on my skin or no dermatitis. She said the skin looked normal to her. She prescribed me triamcinolone acetone cream to see if that helps with the burning and itchiness I have. And I can already tell that it's not working because I still feel the symptoms.

Im disappointed but not surprised. Doctors never seem to solve anything now a days.

Does anyone have an idea of what this could be or what else i can do?? Is it still possible to have an infection and not show visible symptoms?

I was hoping for her to swab my butt crack but she didn't. If this cream doesn't work I'm going to demand a biopsy or try to seek a dermatologist

Do you have hemorrhoids?  If so, that can make you feel itchy and make walking uncomfortable.  I’m sure you do, but it’s also necessary to make sure you get really clean after you have a bowel movement.  I find that, inadvertently,  leaving a tiny bit of residue can cause itching and discomfort.
