Facial Rash/Irritation?

Hello,

Just wanted to preface by saying I have a dermatologist appointment set up... in December. But, I've gotten pretty desperate lately so wanted to see if anyone had any ideas.

I'm 24 and have had great skin almost my entire life- however, last November I started getting what I'm calling a "rash" along my jawline. It comes and goes, it's itchy, and there's little bumps. I also will get some bumps on my forehead. Sometimes it's just red patches that are itchy. Hydrocortisone nor Benadryl help with the itching.

At the time, I thought it was my laundry detergent causing an irritation so I switched that out, no improvement. I stopped wearing makeup for a week, also no improvement. Again, it's strange in that it comes and goes. I can wake up one morning and have perfect, flawless skin. But then throughout the day I could start getting red/itchy along the jawline. I changed ALL of my makeup, hair products (shampoo, etc.), my face wash, my face moisturizer to no avail.

I added some pictures, hopefully someone can help with some ideas. I've entertained the idea of seeing an allergist as well, however, I eat almost exclusively organic/"clean" (no preservatives/additives). I'm truly perplexed.

Additionally, my PCP thought it was acne... prescribed some extremely harsh facial cream that I didn't use. I know that it's definitely not acne.

Thanks so much!
