Marks on Penis

Dear Doc, I am a soldier currently deployed in Operation Iraqi Freedom. I was home for 18 days of R&R about 2 1/2 months ago and had unprotected sex with an old fling of mine. Shortly aftger returning i noticed a purple looking spot on the shaft of my penis it is about a nickel or quarter in size and when the skin is stretched i can notice a blood vessel that is surrounding the area almost perfectly. Also on the right hand side of my penis head there are 2 white spots that have appeared they are not raised or have any texture whatsoever they seem to go away when i take a hot shower but come back once i get cold and especially when im very soft. I have some pics ill put up for you maybe that will help what im trying to explain. I had some STD testing done about 2 weeks after i returned they were the very rapid types of testing tho it was done within an hour. They tested for HIV Chlamydia Gonnorhea and Syphillis also gram stain tests and checked my white blood cell count the medics said that everything came back negative but these marks are still there and are not going away at all. This is really affecting my performance in the field and im really worried it could be something serious. Here are the pics

One more question if these spots were not there at all before i had this sexual encounter then what could have caused them all of the sudden???? HPV maybe ive heard that genital warts can be flat white spots and not raised sores. Or some sort of infection maybe???? Those spots combined with the purple spot on my shaft seem like a very abnormal change to my penis. Also my lower back has been hurting me alot and i feel fatigued, could be the stress from not knowing what is wrong with me.

Yes, I see the spots.  I just don't think they're abnormal.  My advice remains the same.

you didnt notice the two white spots on the side of the head???? they appear very easily to me. Also the darker area at the bottom of the shaft is much darker like a purple.

To be honest, I don't see any abnormality at all, certainly nothing that looks serious or like an STD.  Since you've had negative tests (which I assume means you've also been examined), you have nothing to be concerned about.  If you haven't actually been examined, you should be.  Then you can forget about it.

Best of luck to you and thatnks for your service..
