Freezer burns and Keloids

I've had moles my whole life. All over. They're all flat and some slightly raised maybe. A year ago I bought dermatend which gave me keloids and my moles just ended up growing back anyway accept for the ones that were really bad keloids,. 3 Months ago I bought blemish-free, it got rid of my moles but left me with 2nd degree pink pigmented freezer burns that have barely faded in 3 months, I'm now treating my burn scars and keloid scars with mederma. My question for you is should I go to a laser surgeon for this? Also, does laser surgery get rid of small flat moles like what I have? I have lots but I also have 13,000 dollars and am willing to spend every penny to have clear skin. Or else I'm never going to live my life. I've also seen this stuff; pixie dust that can grow back limbs. I figured I would chop my arm with the scars on them off and regrow my arm with pixie dust. Do you have any information on what you know about pixie dust, Where can I get some? It sounds like science fiction but so what... all the stuff they can do these days, they can fly to Mars, they can clone people, they can do so much far out stuff with todays technology, Why the hell can't I get rid of these useles ugly little things all over my skin without any scarring. They are ruining my life, They ruined my youth. It can't be that hard. Scientists just need to focus their attention to this problem, It is a problem, you feel how you look, I deserve a shot at life and swimming and girls.
One other product I wanted to ask about was Bio-T, At first I thought it was like dermatend but apparently it doens't require any abrasion of the skin which makes me more comfortable about whether it would scar much. Anyways thank you for you time.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi

Let me look into pixie dust and BioT. Just let me advise you that prior to using or applying any form of medications or therapy always inform a competent physician specialist regarding your plans and concerns. This is important as not all products in the market underwent strict clinical trials that would assure their safety and efficacy in humans.

With regards to laser therapy, yes, laser has been shown to be helpful in eliminating dark  spots , uneven discolorations and help eradicate hair and small varicosities. You may need to ask a cosmetic surgeon or a dermatologist who has been skilled and trained on laser therapy with regards to this. This may be a little expensive and you may require several sessions. With regards to the moles and keloids, do refrain from using products that may be abrasive to the skin. This seems to only further aggravate your condition.
