Guttate Psoriasis

Just been diagnosed with this bad boy. I dont have a family history of it, never had any skin problems ever. It came from nowhere after a heavy week on the beer, got hieously drunk on a sunday worked 6am-2pm mon, tue, wed, went out again thursday and got wrecked again! Saturday spots started appearing and gradually covered my upper thighs lower back under arms and arms.

Been diagnosed by a doctor got some cream and penicillin.

I had a sore throat, with the rash which presented on about the 9th day, maybe that was the strep manifesting- it was really bad, then it just went after two days.

Any help, advice? Is this a warning sign that something is seriously amiss in my body? Im in a panic about HIV. I tested negative for it conclusively using the 4th gen tests up to 13 weeks- which I was told was the end of the story by my physician. Now this? Am I putting 2+2 and getting 5? Is it just a random occurance? I did have severe mumps in september 09 maybe still run down from that!?

What you think guys- is this normal? Im 26
