What is this on my mother's back?

About six years ago, my mother noticed a small bump in the middle of her back, an she didn't have the money to go to the doctor and it has worsened. Whatever it is, it has spread all over her back and in some parts of her chest. Could someone PLEASE tell me what its. She doesn't feel sick, but the bumps itch (not constantly though). They've turned into large lesions. If anyone knows could you please study the picture and find out, because she's had it long enough! Thanks in advance!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
I cannot confirm anything without examination but for these rashes, sweet’s syndrome, confluent and reticulated papillomatosis (less likely) and multiple keloids or seborrheic keratosis need to be ruled out. Keloids are formations of scar tissue that grow after trauma. The color can vary from pink to flesh-colored or red to dark brown in color.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
