MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Apply cool compresses on the area and take bath with cool(not very cold) water. Do not scrub your skin or shave your skin and use a soft towel and gently pat your skin dry. Also use a sunburn Over-The-Counter remedy containing aloe vera and a light moisturizer or a dusting powder to relieve chafing. Also take some anti-inflammatory pain killer like Ibuprofen .

If the symptoms persist then please get it evaluated from a doctor.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Treat it like a significant burn like from a stove. Definitely take a couple ibuprofen. Definitely HYDRATE.Lots and lots of water. Try filling a bath up six inches or so with cool (like 70 degrees, not 40!) water and sit in it for a while. Do this a few times per day. I (a very fair skinned person) have a lot of experience with burns and don't personally feel like aloe really works. Eat lots of protein and vitamins too, your body is going to need all the tools available to it to recover from this.
