Help me identify growth or issue on my face, please

This showed up right under my nose three or four days ago now. This right under my columella of nose at the top of the philtrum. It's surprisingly hard to take a selfie of a small part of your nose and get the camera to focus there and not on the lips or tip of the nose.

I first thought it was a pimple or possibly and ingrown hair of sorts as I tend to get them a lot on my face. I am hoping it is not what I think it is, but I thought maybe some more educated people can help me out as I reach out to my dermatologist to see if I can get an appointment!
