Warts or rash?

Hi,
I've been getting these things for about 2 1/2 weeks now. At first I thought they were warts, as they itch and are spreading, but some of the new ones I've been getting don't appear to be warts at all.
I'm hoping someone can give me an idea of what they might be, the photo is of my forehead and my right hand.
Thank you!

Just wanted to post an update, I still have the bumps I had previously, but now I have more of them. My doctor said it was contact dermatitis, and prescribed Triamcinolone Acetonide cream. I've been applying it for about a week now and it isn't working in the slightest bit.
I don't expect a response from anyone, (maybe I posted this in the wrong section?) but a response would be really great.

Hi! I am in the same boat. I have these flat bumps on my hands and on my feet. I Have seen many doctors and no one has helped me. I believe it is warts and it is caused by a virus so I am trying various virus fighting vitamins in hopes to cure this. I have had this for years and it is uncomfortable and embarrassing!
