Glans rash 10 months

After unprotected sex, i had urethritis followed by urinary frequency and a rash on my glans. Thus far, ive had 20+ dr appts. 3 urologists, 2 derms, 1 pcp, infectious disease, gum type clinic etc. Tons of antibiotics, antifungals, creams. No help.

The rash is a light pinkish redish color on the topside of my glans. It is incredibly SENSITIVE. So much so, I've had to change underwear brands and be inactive physically. Again 10 months. I've been tested for everything under the sun and most recently have got blood tests for dna markers for immune problems, psoriasis, reiters, etc. all neg.
The rash is very evident after or during an erection. No itch, no drainage, scaling. Just red and very sensitive. The skin is no longer a smooth texture. It looks complex and red/bumpy. I've looked into lichen planus and a few other things. I've seen several posts about the same exact problems dating back as far as 2002 but no one has offered any results of what they did to cure it.

I believe this is an sti of sorts and is unknown. I'm okay with that as long as soneone has so.e sort of answer as to how to fix it. Please help. This is far too long to have this. Its awful. Any help would be great. Someone has to know.

When I went to the infectious disease doc he tested me initially for quite a few things. He did a DNA marker to look for inflammatory diseases that I could harbor and rechecked me at a second appointment.  I then went back to the urologist and had a cystoscopy and another prostate exam.  Nothing has shown up. Basically at this point it's been the same.  Redness to tip of my penis but not the whole glans. Tiny needle point reddish dots in that area.  Very hard to see but when penis is erect,  it becomes very obvious and the glans becomes very blotchy. I've taken so many antibiotics at this point that my digestion is terrible and I surely have a bacteria imbalance.  My tongue looks orangish and I am absolutely disgusted that these Dr take my insurance and copay and tell me they don't know what it is and refer me to the next person.  Myself and insurance combined has got to be well over 12 thousand dollars.  It's criminal that none of them stick to a case for a definitive conclusion.  ( sorry for the frustration,  but it's been over a year and a half). If anyone has answers or further suggestions, I'm open to anything.  Thanks.

I'm dealing with something extremely similar.  I know it's been almost 8 years but have you found out what it is and how are you doing? It's been 2 1/2 months for me so far.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
For your symptoms, balnitis and zoon’s balanitis need to be ruled out. Balanitis is an inflammation of the glans penis and it may present with discharge or pus from underneath the foreskin, which may smell unpleasant and pain when urinating. Get it examined from a dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
