Noticed black lump under the skin on my right ballsack.

Yesterday I noticed a black lump under the skin on my right ballsack. My whole nut has been sore for about a week, I can touch it without pain same goes with the black lump wich is about half the size of a pea. I am 16 years old and I have never had sex. I am really worried what this might be concidering that testicular cancer is the most regular for my age group. It has a type of a sore pain when I touch my right nut. The left one is completely fine, I also noticed the right ballsack becoming more red lately but that might be becasue I squeezed and examined it so many times. What is this? I feel alone in the world about this.

First, know that you are not alone- many people have questions about things similar to this and have no idea what is going on.  Don't be afraid to ask your parents to take you to the doctor- I know it's uncomfortable to talk about things of this nature with parents sometimes, but it's much better to get a doctor to examine you and have that peace of mind.  In the meantime, you can keep an eye on the spot to notice any changes- but don't over examine the area- you will start seeing things that aren't there and maybe even irritate other areas by pulling on them.  Keep the area clean and talk to your parents about getting an appointment with a doc.  Let us know how you are doing!

Yea I will definitely talk to my mom once she comes home. I called the local medical office, they asked me as you to see a doctor. I just hope this isn't cancer.
Glad to hear that you are talking to your mom about it- most of the time, these things end up being just fine, but it's always a good idea to get checked out!  Let us know how you are doing!
