Red spot on penis head, not sure what it is

Hi, I recently discovered I had a red bump on the top of my penis head. It does not hurt as all, and is as sensitive as the rest of my head (I have just begun trying to pull back my foreskin and stretch it, which led me to discover this.)
The texture is a little slimy(?) when I run across it, and if I let it sit for a little bit, I can wipe up some kind of liquid if I brush a tissue against it.

Again, it does not hurt and here is a picture of what it looks like:

The bump is not that tall, but it looks like so from the angle I'm looking at. It's at the same level of the rest of the head, but is just a different color and more glossy.

There is a cream that doc prescribe to help. i think its called something like Trisiminin

Hi getting red spots on the penis tip is not un common at all. could be a friction irritation or even from certain medications like a allergic reations. The penis tip tends to have the side effects of meds show up there is is full of blood and gravity controlled. I get them quite often from high blood pressure meds i take. see a doc if your concerned.
