I have a condition of seboherric dermatitis on my face. I’ve used steroids like desonide and elidel topical solutions before on my face. They worked fine, but dependency on the medicine increased(condition coming back when I stop using them). Recently, I got to know that clotrimazole is a good non-steroid alternative and started applying Clotrimazole 1% cream. It’s been more than 10 days I’ve been using this cream(twice a day) and it doesn’t seem to help(Desonide or Elidel helped in lesser time). So I wanted to know if clotrimazole 1% really helps treat seboherric dermatitis?
