Darker moles after laser hair removal

I started laser hair removal on my lower legs (half leg). I have quite a few small brown moles there. They are a couple of mm. Now, a couple of weeks after the first treatment, I noticed that several of these tiny moles became very dark, almost black, and their shape is not round. They are still very small, I don't thing they grew. Is this dangerous? Should I run to a dermatologist and avoid any future treatments? Or is this normal and safe?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
This can be due to side effect of the laser treatment. If you notice changes in the mole's  color, height, size or shape, you should have a dermatologist evaluate it. You also should have it checked if it bleeds, oozes, itches, appear scaly, or become tender or painful.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
