Inflamation of penis skin

Hi,
I am experiencing inflamation of the penis skin just below the head (where my foreskin is attached to the penis opening) on the right side. My penis usually rests on my right testicle and sometimes becomes moist due to sweat. I have experienced the same problem before. The skin also becomes inflamed if it gets wet due to urine drops. There is no redness, no rash, no itching, no sores of any kind, no discharge of any kind and no bad odur.
I have tried using a anti fungal creame for a couple of days with no effect. I also tried the cortizone creame but had no luck (I havent persisted with any of it for more than 3 days)
Could this be contact dermititis? If not what is it? Please help.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL

Hello,
It can be due to dermatitis, sweat dermatitis skin or balanoposthitis. Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Also wear cotton undergarments. Application of mild corticosteroid cream and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful. If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a dermatologist.
I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
