Irritated skin from scratching or slight rubbing

I have seen a dermatogist but they don't see anything with their naked eye so provide no treatment I have something like Dermatographia but there is no redness, the skin marks a bit from carpet (while  the skin is powdery, can remain irritated all night, I have to wear an apron and it irritates the skin, I can't have a hot-warm shower, no bath, can't use a cloth to clean, my naughty son scratches with blunt nails and it hurts a lot. What condition could this be?
