Burning sensation on side of stomach skin

I’m a male and recently got a yeast/fungal infection around my groin. I went to a patient first and they gave me clotrimazole during this time I was stressing out a lot. The rash was going away on my groin but then I got this small red dot on the lower right side of my stomach if i was looking down. This red dot burned so much i noticed it soon as i got it. Then it seemed to crust over and scab up. But since then I got this warm burning sensation on that side of the stomach. It used to come and go but now it seems to be there more often now. And I had to recently go back to the doctor to get more fungal creme because my buttocks started burning and I think the fungal infection was still alive there. Any insight would be appreciated pics are below.

Did you have the doctor take a look at the spot on your stomach when you went back for the fungal infection?  If a doctor hasn't seen this spot- you need to show it to them.  They will be able to more accurately diagnosis this and give you exactly what you need, instead of just taking a guess.
