Callus on knuckle

Is the spot bothering you or hurting you?  Do you have a job or hobby that would have something rubbing against that part of your hand to cause a callus like that?

Nothing that I could think of rubs it and it doesn't bother me besides if it cracks open alittle bit but that has only happened like once or twice I was just a little concerned because I'm a type one diabetic

Definitely let your doctor take a look given that you are diabetic- it doesn't sound like there is a physical cause for a callus like that, so it's time to figure out the cause so you can address it- let us know how you are doing after getting to the doc!
