Odd spots of thick skin with recent development of raynauds

I was just recently diagnosed with Raynaud's phenomenon and I am worried about the possibility of having Scleroderma. I went to a free health clinic because unfortunately that is all I am able to afford at the moment, and the doctor seemed to think I just have ill fitting shoes. Does this look like callus or possibly something worth looking into a little more?

i also have Raunaud's so let's start with that.  It's a bummer and can really damage your tissue over time so be real careful how white (or green) the affected area gets.  i wear gloves as much as possible and never sandals unless it's roasting out.  Even a hand into the freezer at the grocery store on a hot day can set it off.  So can a fight with my husband, it seems tied into emotions. After our first baby it transferred into my nipples and I got really bad permanent damage on them.  Apparantly Viagra is here now for this reason too. They are discovering a woman's Raunaud's can squeeze off blood to the placenta too!  It's a big deal and Phenomena needs to be changed to a better word, it's something they need to do more research on.  So I try to spare docs their ignorance on this matter.  So let's roll with the free clinic doc and swing by the thrift store.  Pick up some shoes that fit comfortably (not tight at all!) warm socks and gloves (leather driving gloves seem to get less rude comments)  and stay on top of it.  Caffeine is bad for it but alas, there are some things a person just can't part with.  Try keeping a journal and jot down what you were doing when the white comes on.  Notice how purple it gets when the blood returns, the darker the more damage.  Move to a warm climate if you can.  Hold a towel around the ice cream carton when you scoop. Don't mention it on dates, remind her "cold hands warm heart" on your after dinner stroll.  Best of luck.

The picture posted does not show anything more than callus. Some vaseline should help, and of-course proper fitting footwear.
Cheers.
