Orange Spots in my skin

Earlier when I woke up I noticed an orange spot on my left hand. Can anybody tell me what it is? Is it a symptom of disease or just a skin discoloration? I have no access today with a dermatologist. Thanks a lot.

This could be just a discoloration if there are no other symptoms present. If it persists, have this evaluated further by a dermatologist for proper management. Direct clinical examination is important. Take care and best regards.
