(Picture) chronic wounds all over my body that wont heal?

I'm 24yrs old and a mother to a 2 year old little girl. I had acne as a teenager and then my skin cleared up amazingly while I was pregnant and when I was breastfeeding after my daughter was born. Over the past year I have developed these strange wounds on my body that take forever to go away (I'm lucky if they actually do heal). They seem to be reappearing in the same spots as if something is in my skin that is not leaving that area and causing them to reappear but they also show up randomly in other areas on my body as well. They are painful and sometimes itchy and can sometimes appear to have white projecting things within the wounds (almost like a group of whiteheads within a circular sore but they arent whiteheads because they will not come out unless a layer of skin (sometimes the top layer of skin dries up) comes off and the white things are hard and somewhat pointy looking and projecting off of the layer of dead skin that comes off. Other times, there are black dots within and surrounding the circular wounds. I have taken Keflex (1 week 2x's a day) and Doxycycline (2 months 2x's a day) and applied clindamycin and Bactroband as a topical antibiotic to the wounds and nothing has helped.. The areas of my skin that have been affected include my feet, legs, face and only a few have appeared on my back and my arms. My dermatologist wants to biopsy one but says I have to wait until I have a new one appear that I have not touched/scratched because she said she cant get accurate results if the skin is broken. The problem is, there is rarely a "new" one that appears. Usually they start to heal the skin dries up and it gets itchy so I rub it/peel it off and then it starts to form again in the same place. How can I get to the bottom of this? Help please.. I have include pictures of ones on my forehead. one on my arm and around my thumbnail which I slammed in the car door back in September last year and it still hasnt healed (Ibelieve it got infected with whatever is going on with the other sores/wounds that are appearing on my body). Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Im so embarrassed by this.

I two am a victim of this horrible nightmare. I have tried hundreds of dollars in medicine and seen several Dr's, PLEASE let me know, if you have found any relief? Good Luck!!

PLEVA is one condition that needs to be ruled out,but biopsy is needed here to get a confirmation.Spontaneous resolution is possible and generally not serious.

I forgot to add in that I have been experiencing chronic fatigue and a weird squiggly line shape that I see move around and change shape in one of my eyes. These symptoms all started around the same time as these sores (over the past year) that I can't get to fully heal and keep coming back on my skin.
