Palmar Erythema

Hi guys, how's it going? Just wondering, does this look like Palmar Erythema to you? It's not always constant and usually shows up at night when I'm lying in bed on my computer or playing guitar (not sure if Palmar Erythema is constant or not, please clarify!) and I am just curious as to what this weird bump on my hand near my thumb is too when I stretch out my thumb, anyways here is a link to pics of my hands any help would be greatly appreciated thank you.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It looks like palmar erythema and can be due to liver dysfunction, such as chronic liver disease, pregnancy, thyrotoxicosis and dermatoses such as eczema or psoriasis.
I suggest you to get it evaluated from a physician and get your liver function tests done. Also get eczema and psoriasis apart from contact dermatitis/ allergies ruled out.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
