Penile fillers, penile skin has growing scab?
Hello Forum
Due to my small size (almost micro), I opted to get some penile fillers, however the procedure was done by a non medical professional
The last time that the fillers were done was in 2023 around June/July
After the fillers were done, I have since gotten myself tested due to some sexual encounters, all of them negative
My symptoms are of pain in my scrotum etc etc.
When I checked my penile skin today, I can see a scab like growth please refer to picture for more info/details
I'm more worried now about skin necrosis. Can some one help me to take a alook and perhaps give me some pointers?

(The scab is at the portion below the meatus, the soft skin where the jabs are usually administered)

I'm confused by your pic.
I see your hand under the pic, but is your entire foreskin inflamed, or is that your other hand wrapped around your penis?
Is the scab where the fillers are injected? What kind of "non medical professional" injected you?
When was the last time you had any unprotected sex? Has a doctor seen the scab? Does it hurt? I'd guess not since you only found it by looking.
Were you ever tested for syphilis?
