Penis Redness

The head of my penis is slowly changing to a reddish color and the texture is changing.  It sometimes has thin flakes on the red surface. The surface is wrinkled compared to the normal skin.

I have been masturbating since I am divorcing my wife and have had no other woman for the past year. I really do not think that this has caused the problem.

There is no discomfort except for a little sensitivity at the base of the head.
What do I have and how can I resolve it?

The skin on the penis is very sensitive.  You may have some atopic dermatitis.  Try using some cortizone cream on the area and see if that clears it up.  If not, you need to have a derm give you a proper diagnosis.
