Penis and Scrotum wrinkle

I am uncircumcised and a few days ago, I masturbated using conditioner, rubbing my glads only with the foreskin retracted. Well, today, for some reason my right testicle hurts and both my scrotum and penis head are wrinkled, I just wanted to know, is this a side effect or something serious?and my scrotum skin is rough and more wrinkled than ever.

Hi,

This could be due to excessive trauma , friction, bacterial infection, fungal infection or dermatitis.

Nothing can be said with surety without having a look at the lesions.

It would be best to reconsult your doctor about your symptoms if they do not resolve and get a proper clinical examination.

Keep the area clean and wear clothes washed in a few drops of chlorhexidine preferably and dried in the sun.

Avoid shaving the region( if you do) for some days till you consult your doctor and apply calamine lotion and some over the counter antibacterial cream on the lesions.

You could take oral antihistamine or antiallergic medications for the itching. You could take some pain relief medications too.

Let us know about what your doctor advises.

Regards.
