I know this is old, but I'm on trimethroprim which is also an antibiotic for UTI and bladder Infection, also noticed yellow spot on my penis head.. very strange. Took last dose today. So hopefully it goes away like yours.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Normally there is no yellowness of the penis skin. If there is any yellowness of penis skin then any liver disease and carotenemia should be ruled out. Other possibilities which need to be explored like carotenemia(Excessive intake of vitamin A precursors in foods), riboflavinemia, use of the oral multitargeted tyrosine kinase inhibitor sorafenib and lycopenemia. You should get these possibilities evaluated from a physician.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
