Petichiae..and other symptoms

Hi Everyone. Lately i have been having alot of symptoms and i think they are all due to extreme anxiety i am having. I also have extreme health anxiety. I have been to the ER many, many times. I had urine done, chest xrays, ekg;s and lots of blood work. all normal except my platelets are around 445. After my return from the ER 2 nights ago, out of nowhere , i started to itch badly on my neck and my chest. I have no idea why. The itching causes me to scratch alot.  I still am itching and scratching but trying not too, but its really hard. I noticed, i have spots of petechiae on my neck and some on my chest. Now im thinking its from scratching. But no website lists scratching as a cause! I only read horrible things and i am freaking out! my WBC is 9.4 btw. I go to see my PCP next week. Anyone ever have petichiae from scratching? any suggestions besides scratching of course. Im really nervous. Thank You
