Poking itch

Can someone anyone PLEASE HELP ME figure out this poking itch. This is my third post about this with no response. Going on week 3 now I have had this weird poking itch. It started on my arm right on the opposite side of my elbow on my left arm. It's in one tiny spot. It feels like someone is taking a fox tail and just poking me over and over again in the same spot. After the second week it poking moved to my elbow. There is no marks. No rash unless I itch it to death and that makes an ugly rash that will disappear after a little while. It comes and goes. It itches mostly at night and will wake me up. I have been to the doctors already. They just say it's a flare up of eczema, ( which I've never had ). The said the eczema could be caused by stress. I don't have a rash unless I itch the poke and than it will go away pretty fast if I don't itch. They gave me a cream called triamcinolone cream ups, 0.1% that doesn't work. I have been using my dogs spray for his hot spots instead and that has help. It's called natural antipuritic/faster healing skin care spay zn7 derm. Do I have some type of skin bug living in my arm biting me? What the heck is poking me? It's driving me crazy. PLEASE HELP ME KILL THE POKING ITCH

Oh one more weird thing. Where the first poke was there was a small little bruise the size of a dime left in that spot. It lasted a few days and went away.
