My six year old son for the past week has had some sort of red circle on his right chest
it aint irritating him and neither has he scratched it
its just mild red in colour
The boy is healthy and generally sports OK health

Hello,
If your son is not having any itching and is not being bothered by this rash, then there is nothing much to worry. This rash can be due to contact dermatitis. . Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Also wear cotton undergarments. Application of mild corticosteroid cream or calamine lotion should help. If there is any associated itching then nummular dermatitis or ringworm should be ruled out.
