Rash for 7 years what is it!!

I have had a rash for 7 years give or take. Its on the back of my leg and it stretches to the middle on the back of my knee.Recently within the last year it has spread to my ankle. Sometimes it blends in with my skin, other times it can be red. Ankle rash does not blend it. It itches sometimes, really only when Im thinking of it or I notice it. No where else is there a rash, just simple break outs on my shoulder but it comes and goes and it looks nothing like the rash. Again ive had this for 7 years. Its bumpy but it does not have sores on it. Looks scaley. I have never mentioned it to any doctor because when I did go I never thought of it as a kid, as I get older it seems as if its spreading more.

It could be something like eczema- you may want to change your laundry detergents and anything you put on your skin- make sure they are fragrance free.  Also, make note of if the rash spreads after eating certain foods.  For a more accurate diagnosis, go ahead and see a doctor- they will be able to tell you much more after an exam and gathering more of your medical history.  Feel better!

Thanks! Will do. Ive never stayed on one detergent longer than 2 months due to my dad just picking up deals or anything that is on sale. Ill call a doctor on my break. Thanks

And when I mean scales i dont mean flakey, just looks like it sorta. Its not a flat rash its more of a rash that has growth to it, hard to explain but I hope someone knows what I mean.
