Extremely Irritated Skin

I did something stupid just five minutes ago. It was around midnight and I used a foundation-type cosmetic product on my legs (to test the colour with the other, this was stupid and I knew I should have just done it on my hands). Realising that I had to sleep in half an hour, I removed the foundation with make-up removers a few times because I panicked and thought sleeping with makeup anywhere on my body would cause bump, or some type of irritation since I read the color pigments in the foundation can do such a thing on my face.
I used oil afterwards also thinking that it would remove some of it, it didnt. I used makeup wipes again, followed by body butter and oil. My legs still wasn't clean so I went to wash it off properly with a shower scrub and loofah.
My skin was very, very irritated afterwards and I hate myself for being so foolish.
I think, and I know that I will wake up later with red patches and huge bumps on my legs so I also figured that using an over-the-counter cream (claiming to be anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal, wound healing) and vigorously rubbed it on my legs.
I did all of this in about ten minutes because I was panicking. I shouldn't have put makeup on my legs in the first place. Ugh. I also have eczema on my legs so I really, really made it worse.
Any ideas on helping the irritation and bumps go away in the morning?

Cold compresses are about the only thing that will help at this point...and a good sense of humour. lol!
Just don't put anything else on it!! Yikes!
