Razor Burn

I have had razor bumps down there since after shaving it a couple weeks ago and it still wont go away. I have put triple antibiotic on it, hydrocortisone, and razor bump relief liquid on it and it will not go away. I dont know what to do anymore to get it to go away but it needs to go fast because I am tired of it! It doesn't itch, just the red bumps wont disappear. What should i do?

Hi and welcome. Have you stopped shaving? If yes then your air folicles could be  inflamed and growing hair contains bacteria  and also short growing hair would be an irritant on the already distressed pores.
Try to take a hot bath and use some of the gentle nonperfumed soap. Lie on the bed and towel dry then try some of the 1% corizone cream with aloe. The problem is that the short growing hairs are irritating the pore next to them. As the hairs get longer the healing should go quicker. You might be scratching the area in your sleep also causing bacterial inflamation.
