Hello,
It can be a hemangioma. A hemangioma is a congenital benign tumour or vascular malformation of endothelial cells (the cells that line blood vessels).Females are more prone to get it. The mainstay of treatment is oral corticosteroid therapy but in resistant cases, surgical excision may also be needed.
I would suggest an examination by a dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
I think it is a boil or mrsa staph infection
