Red bumps on neck Rash or Psoriasis? Help

About 3 to 4 days ago i noticed these flakey bumps on the back of my neck at the edge of my scalp as right now its not as flakey but its really really red. Could this possibly be psoriasis? If it is will I be able to get treatment I'm currently pregnant. It seems as though I cant catch a break I have torn acl and meniscus in my left knee as well as tonsilitis and havent had the opportunity for surgey for both. I'm so nervous, What do I do?

it looks like psoriasis to me and i have it in the same spot..you can use cortisone cream you can buy it at walmart for like 4 to 5 dollars but you should really see a dr because its best to start treating it right away befor it gets worse. but there is no cure just things to manage it.

I see only a folliculitis here and should respond to local application of mupirocin. But then do consult your doc before any medication especially because you are pregnant. Quit worrying. Cheers!
