weird texture of my penis

Hi DR,
i had a intercourse with the sex worker, on the same day i had a slight pain on my penis, 2 days later i had a hot urine and burning sensation, Dr gave ma an antibiotic injection and tablets, on the same day i had a high fever, i dont know is it because of antibiotics or HIV, 5 days after u had a std test, bt everything came negative. now my urine buring sensation has gone. but my penis tip has a wierd texture, please advise me on  what could be the reason

1. Fatigue
2. Warmth feeling
3. diareah - No more
4. Penis discomfort after ejacuvation

Dear Dr.

I took the urine test, dengue  malaria, everything came negative. i still heave diereah only at night time for almost 5 days and occasionally my testicular and penis becoming too hot, my body temperature is on the average of 37 degree,

After my recent exposure with the sex worker , i took a std test 4 days after expose, should i wait for more time to take an std test?

my current symtoms are

1.loss weight to 5 kg in 2 weeks
2. diareah
3. occasionaly feel hot undet the testicals and penis

Hello,
The warmth sensation can be due to the fever. For such symptoms a urinary tract infection also needs to be ruled out. I suggest you to get a urine examination and urine culture done. Till that time drink plenty of fluids and take some alkacitra etc.

Thanks for your reply, but my urine inflamation started yesterday, but my fever reduced and have a weight loss and diereah, some time i feel warmth

i dont have any discharge yet,

Apart from HIV, Chlamydia and Gonorrhea also need to ruled out as it may present with such symptoms. Chlamydia can be passed during vaginal, anal, or oral sex if you do not use a condom every time you have sex. You can opt for specific tests for Chlamydia which include Nucleic acid amplification tests (NAAT, to find the genetic material of Chlamydia), Nucleic acid hybridization tests (DNA probe test, Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA, EIA), Direct fluorescent antibody test (DFA) or chlamydia culture.
