Red scrotum

I have had a red scrotum now for about three months and it changes from light pink to bright red, normally the worst after being very hot or after shower/bath!
Tried anti fungal creams and powders but no change, sometimes even gets worse with creams!!! Can anyone help please?

Thought i would update you on my situation. I have been keeping the area dry and also using moisturisers but redness doesn´t seem to be getting better. I would say that the edge of the red area which firstly started on the edge of my groin has now reduced a little and is just on my srotum skin now. Been trying to work out when it is at its worst(heat, diet, underwear) but can´t come to any conclusions. Sometimes it is bright red and other times it is pinkish but no itching at all, just feels a bit hot sometimes but not all the time.
Hope you can help as a bit embarrased to got to a dermatologist with this problem.
Thanks.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be due to dermatitis skin or fungal infection. Keep the area clean by using mild moisturizers and wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical calamine lotion also helps. Application of mild steroid cream like dermacort also helps but should be used only under a dermatologist’s supervision.

If still the symptoms persist then get an examination done from a dermatologist.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
