Redness on the center of nose

I have had this red tinge to the center of my nose for as long as I can remember. Wondering what it is and if I can get rid of it somehow. I don't think I had it when I was very young. 1-5 years old. Though I could be wrong. Anybody have any ideas? I can post pictures. It's not too noticeable but I notice it every day.

Rosacea is a long term skin condition. Treatments can help with the redness.

Sounds like a mild case of rosacea.
Standard topical treatments include metronidazole, azelaic acid, and sodium sulfacetamide-sulfur. Second line therapies include benzoyl peroxide, clindamycin, calcineurin inhibitors, and permethrin.

Think you can get rid of this permanently with these treatments? Would it last for so long though? It's been there for over 20 years.
