Ringworms on Penis

Hello. I am 25 year old male. I am sexually active and today I discovered ring worms on my scrotum and red bumps on my penis head. I do have protected sex. I do masturbate alot and I do sweat alot. Earlier this year I was diagnosed with a fungal infection and I was put on antibiotics and antifungal cream. I do plan on seeing a doctor. What is causing this condition?

First of all you need to confirm whether this is a fungal infection. I suggest you to get an evaluation done from a dermatologist and get a KOH examination of the skin scrapings done to rule out any fungal infection. If it is a fungal infection then you may need topical and oral antifungals. Also keep the area as dry as possible.
My sincere advice would be to consult a dermatologist to get the diagnosis confirmed. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
