Scabs on my daughters face

I noticed a scab on my daughter's face 3 days ago just above and toward the nose from her left eyebrow.  She had been covering it with her bangs.  I asked her if she had picked at a pimple and she said "I don't know."  I told her to keep her hair off of it because the oil in her hair would make it worse. I put some acne gel on it and forgot about it.  Yesterday she started complaining about the corner of her right eye hurting.  I looked at it and there appeared to be a little scratch.  I told her to wash it off as it probably had gotten sunscreen in it at field day yesterday.  She kept touching it through the evening and complaining that it burned.  This morning, she woke me up to show me that she had another one of these spots on her left cheek bone near her nose and two on the right side of her neck one just below the chin bone and one a little further down.  The spot by her eye also had formed a little round scab looking spot. These are small spots, only 2-3 mm in diameter and almost perfectly round.  Any ideas on what may be causing these and how to treat them?  I've looked around on the internet and nothing really matches what I see.  They do not itch and do not hurt now.  The only one that has bothered her was the one by her eye yesterday and that was possibly due to sunscreen aggravating it. Please help!

Hello,
Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be pityriasis rosea, dermatitis, sweat dermatitis or some viral illness like fifth’s disease.

I would suggest a dermatologist’s evaluation because the treatment is different for all and confirmation of diagnosis is necessary for the same.

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional queries.Warm regards.
