is it genital wart?

ok last time i had sex was 10 months ago. on my groin area and on my scrotum i noticed circular peeling skin i started to pick at it i guess it was a bad idea now its just peeling wider and became redish pink. im not quiet sure what it is but im a bit worried of what it may be. just wanting to get some info on whwat it may be, pls help

It does not look like warts but can be due to eczema skin. Warts are tumours or growths of the skin caused by infection with Human Papillomavirus (HPV).They are contagious when in contact with the skin of an infected person. Please do not indulge in intercourse till the results come out all clear.

also my scrotum became dry and red aswell only on one side same side as the groin thats dry its getting a bit better. but my scrotum has red rashes could it be genital warts?

Such kind of symptoms can be due to eczema skin like nummular dermatitis or due to dermatitis skin. If the lesion is itchy then it can be due to ringworm. From the description(dry, red, circular ), it seems like nummular dermatitis but exact confirmation has to be done first. Steroids prescribed in nummular dermatitis can worsen the symptoms if it is ringworm.
