Searching for diagnosis and treatment for depigmentation

19 year old male began having depigmentation around eyes, mouth, side of torso, full thumbs, and on finger tips at 18 years old. Dermatologist and GP think vitiligo but no visible improvement from prednizone 50 mg, betamethasone dipropionate .05% topical, elidel pimecromlimus cream 1%. Biopsy of skin on finger stated “a normal density of epidermal melanocyte which argues against vitiligo. No fungal, organism or increased much were found. Pityriasis alba could still be considered, but clinical correlation is needed”.
