White skin chips and tiny scar on shaft

About two weeks ago I had a few times of unprotected sex with my new girl friend, and one of those was during her period. I didn't notice anything particularly worrying before or right after the sex.

About a week ago I noticed that under my shaft has some white, skin chips (kinda like dandruff) patch for about a size of a coin in regular shape. It feels like a patch of hardened skin, but it doesn't itch or hurt. If I scratch the area the white colored chips disappear, or if I wash them they are gone too. They appear if I don't wash the area for more than 1 day, or if I stretch the part, or when I get an erection.

This gets me really worried and I started to look at the area and find a scar-like area near the area where the white chips occur. The scar is very small, about 1cm long and 1mm wide, the scar feels flat and doesn't itch.

I went to a doctor he didn't do any test but just told me it might be some sort of infection and give me some Ciclopirox Olamine Cream to apply on.

The the white chips thing is quite noticable and I am very concerned. Please tell me what is this?

I don't think you have anything to worry about.  This sounds, and looks, like irritation, that's all.  Your scratching it isn't helping.  You already saw a doctor, who not surprisingly found nothing of concern.  So I think you should forget about it.  Of course, you should avoid unprotected sex in the future, not that your recent sexual contact seems to have given you anything other than irritated skin and anxiety.

On left image (sorry it's a little bit blur) it's the 1cm long 1mm wide scar. The right image is the a really close shot where there are two small 2~3mm long, 0.5mm wide scar.

I'm getting a little paranoid sometimes I feel it itches around my general penis area but I don't think it's the scar.
