Reddish/pinkish/whiteish dots on my forearm?

They are spread out, and they seem to be benign. The dots don't itch at all and it looks like the dots are trapped in with liquid which gives it a light color appearence. It started appearing during football practice when it was raining and after I hit some nerve in my arm (not elbow). At first I thought they were allergies but it has lasted for 4 days. What is this?
