Skin Condition Help

I've had this mystery on my inner thigh for about 3 months. It has no texture meaning if you run your fingers across it, it feels smooth like my other healthy skin around it. But they look like light red spots. It also produces no other symptoms other than redness which is why I forgot about it completely for a while, I noticed that it hadn't gone away just now. I don't think it's spreading. It has about an inch diameter and it's shape ia irregular. Can someone help me figure out what it might be and how to possibly get rid of it? It hasn't been there all my life so I know it's something I've caught/developed. Any advice, hypothetical diagnosis, or help would be appreciated.
